1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEWUNFORGETTABLE - The Membership is a high-value transformation space designed for faith-driven women ready to embody soft power,Biblical femininity, and high-value relationships.

By joining, you receive:

• Exclusive content, trainings & live coaching
• Private community access
• Feminine embodiment & high-caliber relationship mentorship

⚠️ Please note: This membership requires a minimum 6-month commitment to ensure you fully integrate and embody the transformation offered.

2. PAYMENT & BILLING

• Monthly Membership: $97/month (6-month minimum commitment required).
• Annual Membership: $1,111/year (optional).
• Your payment method will be automatically charged every month for at least 6 months.
• After the 6-month period, you may continue month-to-month or cancel at any time.
• If payment fails, your access will be suspended immediately until payment is updated.
• Your investment pricing will not change for as long as your membership is active.

3. 6-MONTH COMMITMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• By joining, you agree to remain a member for at least 6 months.
• Early cancellation is not permitted. If you choose to leave before your 6-month term is complete, you will still be charged for the full period.
• After the 6-month commitment, you may cancel at any time via MemberVault account settings or by sending a message in Telegram.
• If you choose to cancel after the 6-month period, you will lose access at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. REFUND POLICY

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, there are no refunds or cancellations.
• You are responsible for completing your 6-month commitment before canceling.
• If you cancel before your 6-month term is completed, your remaining payments will still be processed.

5. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

UNFORGETTABLE is a high-value space for faith-driven women. By joining, you agree to:

• Engage with integrity & respect for all members.
• Maintain confidentiality—what’s shared in the membership stays private.
• Avoid self-promotion, solicitation, or spamming within the community.

🚨 Violation of guidelines may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

• All content inside UNFORGETTABLE - The Membership, including trainings, workbooks, and live calls, is intellectual property of Rachel-Yvonne McIntosh.
• You may NOT share, copy, distribute, or resell any membership materials.
• Violation of this policy will result in membership termination and legal action if necessary.

7. NO GUARANTEES OR LIABILITY

• Results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your commitment, actions, and individual circumstances.
• We are not liable for any personal, financial, or relational outcomes as a result of this membership.
• Membership content is for educational & informational purposes only—not professional legal, financial, or psychological advice.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any major changes. Continued participation in the membership after updates indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
